Camille Buscomb ran a personal best of 15:56.75 to win the 5000m. The 23 year old cut 5.48 seconds off her previous best recorded on the North Shore in November.
Mathas improves over 800m
Brad Mathas (20) bettered his career best of 1:49.17 at the Hunter Classic in Newcastle last month with third place in the 800m in 1:48.81. Angie Smit was third in the 800m in 2:04.46 and Tarryn Davey tenth in 2:11.97. Arianna Lord was second in the B 800m in 2:13.74. Nneka Okpala was second in the triple jump with 12.93m (+4.2).
