When started to develop marketing at Hotelzon 10 months ago, I had to go philosophical. After working for years in big global corporations with thousands of employees and clear processes, moving to a smaller, fast growing company, going back to basics was nothing but essential. Didn’t go far enough to ask myself “who am I” as that’s what I somewhat knew already, but I had to ask “why am I here – what is the ultimate purpose of marketing as a whole”.
